We hold Swim lessons & non-competitive swim team practice Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Parents please sign your kids up at the gym!

Lap Swim time is blocked out every day at designated times. Please see the schedule below to plan your swim time!

Open swim / family swim

During open swim times, you can bring your family & enjoy the pool/spa together. Saturday is Free Family Swim Day for members. Other times kids 7 & older are $3.

Aqua Classes / Aquatic Therapy

Come try an aquatic class or speak with the on-site Physical Therapy Clinic to sign you up for aquatic therapy. More class information can be found on the group fitness schedule or see below.
