I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I would try fad diet after fad diet and was on a weight loss/gain rollercoaster for years. After a few years of losing weight and gaining it back, I decided I should just be happy where I was, but I struggled with that decision because there were so many things I wanted to do, but being over weight was keeping me from doing them... I became really depressed and that is when the pounds really started to pack on....
Now I don’t even think about fad diets. The coaches helped get me on the right path of a life style change that I could do. Once I started eating better and going to bootcamp the pounds started to come off and I can honestly say I enjoy working out now. I still have a long way to go with my fitness journey, but I am down 70 pounds and stronger than I have ever been. I owe a lot to the coaches at Elevate as they have pushed and guided me through my journey.
I am the type of person that is hard on myself with my appearance and think I need to be dieting and exercising constantly...I was starting to lose motivation working out by myself with no one to keep me accountable.
I decided to participate in a challenge and to give it a try. I totally loved the workouts and having someone else to workout with. I joined after that challenge....
I have committed myself to this place and totally love it!! The trainers are amazing in making sure you have the correct form in all the moves. I am not gonna lie and say that the workouts are easy, they on some days, can be very challenging, which is what I totally LOVE and makes me come back at least 5 days a week. The best part is no 2 days are ever the same which keeps my interest and motivation moving forward!!
I am so glad that I have joined into such an amazing family friendly workout environment, it is an amazing place with amazing people. It is totally a no judge, help each other environment!!
I've spent years trying to avoid the gym, however 1 day I was approached by Coach Audrey who talked me into coming to her 1:1 training. It was such a great experience having someone who knew what they were doing get me back into shape. I highly recommend trying the 1:1 coaching!
