- Unlimited Gym Access, includes Pool & Group Exercise Classes
- Pay in Full = NO ENROLLMENT FEE
- Annual Maintenance Fee = set up fee (mandatory)
- Must sign liability waiver prior to first visit
- Membership begins on the day of purchase
- Non-refundable, but is transferrable. Medical holds only.
- New contracts only, unable to transfer to current contract
- Additional discounts available for spouse/child memberships

10 gym visits, usable anytime within 12 months
Valid for 12 months
- 10 Full gym day pass, including pool
- Must sign waiver prior to using facility
- Must read plan policy before purchase
- By purchasing you are agreeing to all terms in policy
- By purchasing you are agreeing to sign liability waiver
- Expires after 12 months from day of purchase
- Passes will be added to our RhinoFit platform
- Must check in with front desk every visit
